Service Description
Our advanced motorcycle skills training program, approved by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), is designed to help riders enhance their on-road skills and prioritize safety. Our dedicated MTO certified instructors will guide participants through a comprehensive two-day course that combines classroom theory and extensive practical on-road training, all with the aim of building confidence and competence in motorcycle operation. Classroom Theory (Three Hours): The course begins with a three-hour classroom session, where participants will engage in in-depth discussions about advanced riding techniques, road safety, and strategies for handling challenging on-road scenarios. Practical On-Road Training (Six Hours): The core of the program consists of six hours of hands-on practical training conducted on public roads. During this phase, participants will use their own personal motorcycles, ensuring that they are comfortable with their equipment. Our experienced instructors will accompany riders, providing guidance and real-time feedback on their on-road performance. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world riding situations. Emphasis will be placed on advanced maneuvering, defensive riding techniques, and handling various traffic conditions. To enroll in this advanced motorcycle skills training program, participants must meet the following minimum requirements: - Ontario M2 License: Participants must hold an Ontario M2 license for at least 22 months. However, if they have completed an approved M1 Exit course, this duration may be reduced to 18 months. - Personal, Insured Motorcycle: Participants are required to have access to a personal motorcycle that is insured. The motorcycle should be capable of maintaining highway minimum speeds to ensure participants can fully engage in on-road training. This program is ideal for riders looking to take their skills to the next level, gain confidence in handling a variety of real-world riding situations, and prioritize safety in their motorcycle journeys. With MTO-approved curriculum and certified instructors, you can trust that this course will help you become a more skilled and responsible motorcycle rider.
