Refunds/Change

Our foremost priority is ensuring your triumph on this journey. When faced with challenges during the course, we encourage you to connect with us to explore the available options.

Given the dynamic nature of motorcycling, our training sessions persist through all weather conditions. We recommend participants equip themselves for diverse weather scenarios. In instances of adverse weather, we will address the situation accordingly. We are committed to rescheduling your training, contingent upon availability, or offering a complete refund.

Should Learn2Ride need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make diligent efforts to inform you well in advance. We will then collaborate with you to reschedule your training, subject to availability, or issue a full refund.

In the event of changes to your plans, we kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice for rescheduling or cancellation without incurring additional charges. With less than 5 days' notice, you may choose to reschedule or cancel the on-bike session, incurring a fee of $150 (inclusive of all fees plus HST). Non-attendance at a scheduled riding session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee.
In situations where the training is not aligning with your expectations:

If, by lunch on Saturday (or within the initial 4 hours of the on-bike session), you feel that you pose a risk to yourself or others and decide not to continue with motorcycling, Learn2Ride will refund you $200. Alternatively, if you're experiencing a challenging morning but remain eager to learn, our instructors will explore alternative solutions for your return, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

In the case of illness or injury during the course, and should you wish to resume motorcycling after recovery, we offer to reschedule your training free of charge, contingent upon availability. If you opt not to continue with motorcycling after recovery, a refund cannot be provided.

If you do not successfully pass the final test at the conclusion of the course, Learn2Ride extends one complimentary re-test. We can also arrange for additional coaching as necessary. Irrespective of the circumstances, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our ultimate goal is to have you riding safely and confidently while relishing the experience.
Discount Policy

As a token of our appreciation, graduates of our M2 program are eligible for a discount on the M course. This offer is available by phone booking only—please contact our office to register.
